With our registered Architects, Engineers and Designers, we provide complete building design services from the pre-planning phase, through final design and construction as well as post-design consultation. We handle it all, working on a variety of building types.

CONSTRUCTION

We take technical proficiency, budget adherence and scheduling as benchmarks for each project. Scheduling the right equipment and the right team for each job, coupled with technical and disciplined managers is a cornerstone of our vast and successful construction portfolio.

PEMB ASSEMBLY

Having our own in house assembly steel crew gives us the advantage of being more hands on in the field and allows us greater control of our work flow. This is one of the many solutions to achieving the cost effectiveness that we pass on to our clients.

Our facility was constructed utilizing a Pre-Engineered Building System with IMP insulated wall panels, fully air-conditioned manufacturing area with designated office space. Total square footage of the project is 10,005 sf. on 6,308 ac. This project was built in the City of Coral Springs and has a LEED Silver designation.
Mr. Richard Ahrens and his staff of highly qualified professionals walked us thru the process step by step. Mr. Gerald Holt, Project Manager and Brian Witt, Site Superintendent were a pleasure to work with regarding the day-to-day construction process.
